Welcome
I understand the challenge and importance of finding a professional who you can trust, who you will feel comfortable with, who will understand you and who can help you; these elements are crucial for effective therapy.
I am an experienced, qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor.
‘Integrative’ means that I draw on different counselling theories in my work according to your circumstances and specific needs; this means my approach to working with you will be as unique as you.
The counselling theories I work with are humanistic, person-centred and psychodynamic.
For clients interested in exploring their relationships, I hold an accredited certificate in couples therapy.
I am a registered member of the regulating body BACP and I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for good practice. I attend regular clinical supervision and I am committed to client confidentiality and continuing professional and personal development.
